What to pitch

Propose an evergreen subject within trip planning, routes, places, travel habits or changing plans. A strong pitch names the reader's question, the specific point the piece will explain and what a reader can decide or do after reading it.

What makes a strong contribution

Keep the scope focused and the advice grounded. Explain which details may vary by place, provider or date, and avoid presenting a personal preference as a rule for everyone. We are not looking for promotional copy, unsupported claims or material that depends on readers taking safety-critical action.

Use the Contact page and select the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short summary, the proposed category and a brief note about your relevant experience. Do not include confidential information or assume that a pitch has been accepted until we reply.
